Early Life

She started playing cricket at six with her brother at the Capel Cricket Club in Dorking, Surrey. She soon impressed the selectors and later participated in the country trials for the Surrey Women’s team. In February 2023, she was signed by the Delhi Capitals ahead of the inaugural season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL).

On 5 March 2023, she was named to the playing eleven of the team for the opening match of the WPL; she bowled two overs and took two wickets at an economy of 5.00. Two days later, the cricketer scored 21 runs from ten balls and bowled four overs at an economy of 6.25 against the UP Warriorz Women. On 13 March 2023, Alice scored 38 runs from 24 balls against the Royal Challengers Bangalore Women.
