Atishi Marlena Singh, commonly known as Atishi Singh, is an Indian politician, educator, and MLA (Member of Legislative Assembly) from Kalkaji, Delhi. She is a prominent member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and currently serves as the Minister of Education, P.W.D., Culture, and Tourism in the Delhi Government.

She was the topper of Delhi University in 2001.
After her education at Oxford, she was awarded the Rhodes Scholarship. She later joined the Magdalen College, Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar in 2005.
